Bond It 1L Heavy Duty Felt Adhesive Cold Applied Grid Roof Felt Adhesive 1 Litre Description: A solvent‐borne, black bituminous adhesive. It provides a firm but flexible bond between 5oC and 50oC which hardens and softens with changes of temperature Uses Bond It FELT ADHESIVE is a cold applied adhesive for bonding bituminous roofing felts to asphalt, felt, metal, wood and concrete. It can also be used for bonding mineral chippings to bituminous surfaces. It may not be used over tar based products. Preparation All surfaces must be clean, dry and free from grease, oil and any loose material. Remove any organic growth using a fungicidal wash such as MOULD STOP. Dusty and porous surfaces should be primed with BITUMEN PRIMER. Where possible, felt to be laid should be cut to size.
